SHIIP v3.7.2 Release Notes

Overview

• This document summarizes the new features, changes, and major fixes for the next release version of SHIIP.
• SHIIP is scheduled to be upgraded to version 3.7.2 and available for use on January 21st 2019.
  
• This release focuses on fixes  & improvements for the new Health Links dashboard.

Major Fixes

• Improved validation of Health Links dashboard by allowing individuals to see all patients with a Coordinated Care Plan within a selected geography.
• Modified calculations to improve accuracy for all indicators.
• Referring organizations in the CCP are now displaying organizations relative to their LHIN.
