SHIIP v1.0.4 Release Notes

This document summarizes the new features, changes, and major fixes for the next release version of SHIIP.
SHIIP is scheduled to be upgraded to version 1.0.4 and available for use on March 7, 2016.
Below communicates the most notable changes and improvements. For a detailed list that includes the technical details, please see contact information below.

Information from Community Support Services that utilize the NESDA Trak as their client management software is now available in SHIIP. A new tab “Community Support Services” is found in the patient profile that will show the information.
To provide flexibility for users to submit bugs or concerns, a service desk has been created.
Transactional Care Document has been added to the help page.
Continuous data processing improves for ALC data, RIW scores.
Watch list performance enhancements.
User Interface Changes:
- Home page grid changes.
- Patient gender.
- Help page can now be easily accessed from the navigation bar.
- Filters for the ‘All Patients’ have been reorganized for ease of use.
- A ‘Provider’ filter has been added to the ‘All Patients’ tab.
- Dashboard drill down can now be sorted.
- Colors for LACE and HARP on the home page to match the coloring on the patient details section.
- Page auto navigates to the bottom of the page when drilling down in the dashboard.
- Risk scores default to two years.
- Indicator dashboard improvements displaying HARP and LACE Score Trends.
- Deceased patient badge is now available in the patient’s details header.

Admins are able to change their own passwords.
Corrected loading issues for the HARP guide for users using Internet Explorer.
CCP has been fixed to allow saving when entering a postal code that is more than 6 characters.
Date picker on home page has been fixed
